Smoking the Podcasting Dope (Darren Barefoot)

I can see some benefits to podcasting, and my brain is still swirling with ideas provided by all the fine students at Auburn. It's not the hype that bothers me - it's the fact that we're in such an early transitional stage. Darren nails it - time-shifted [audio] content management will become important to everyone just as time-shifted television content has. That will bring out the big guns that know how to manage rich media and blend it into every-day life; your car, your iPod, your home theatre, etc.
