reasonably be expected to cause civil liability against anyone, or break

national regulations, state laws, state regulations, or local laws, or local
regulations. You agree not to charge any third party, directly or
indirectly, any fees for or in conjunction with the use of our products or
services. You agree that the products and/or services we provide publicly
at no charge are intended for personal, private, and non-commercial use and to
allow you to experiment with and evaluate our products and services for possible
