Thanks for the (Corporate) Memories

Today's issue of Harvard Business School's Working Knowledge - for business leaders does a great job describing the knowledge management problems faced by essentially all organizations.  This article very eloquently reinforces the importance of agile content.

The article's fundamental premise is summed up nicely by Hamilton Beazley, chairman of the Strategic Leadership Group in Arlington, Virginia,

"Knowledge is the new capital, but it's worthless unless it's accessible, communicated, and enhanced."
